| Q: Are you shipping/open during COVID-19? |
| A: Yes, we are still working and dispatching most orders by next working day. All of the delivery services we use are running. Impact by COVID-19 is basically slower delivery times. Before COVID-19 most deliveries take 3~6 working days, now it's around 3~10 working days. The arrival times are less regular than before, with some deliveries turning up in 2 days , most taking around a week, and on rare occasions taking longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience. |

| Q: Do you have showroom, shopfront, store? Can I pick up? |
| A: We don't hold stock in our Sydney office, we ship from our Hongkong warehouse. Shipping time is around a week and a bit at the moment. Our Sydney office will arrange warranty servicing with official manufacturer service centres. |
